Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in case management in acute and post-acute care settings. Jennifer has supervised, designed, and implemented the development of clinical workflows for over 750 clients, including independent and regional providers, health systems, and ACOs. Most recently, Jennifer managed teams focused on providing best-in-class clinical services and support for some of the largest and most strategic health systems in the country.
